Mamadou, my friend in 1997

This photo was taken with a 35mm camera in 1997.  We all went down to the local arena and watched some good Football.  The weather wasn’t really hot, but it is usually quite sunny.  Mamadou is holding my backup camera that is loaded with color film and a telephoto lens.

Good shot. Makes you want to see what Mamadou saw through his lens since you can't see the football field. It is interesting to see him wearing two caps. The white clothing against the agricultural background has a good effect.
