my wife is VERY crafty!!

hmmm i wonder what is going on in this house......

well im not sure and i can’t prove anything but i think my wife broke the closet.  the hard facts: its broken - and i know i didnt do it.  i got alot of construction tools for christmas.  my wife told me the closet is/was broken.

now im not too sure of what to think about this..... and i cant prove anything..... but im thinking that im getting sucked into the kind of projects that i dont really want to do.  i mean who wants to build a closet for petes sake?  what about a pool table or lava-pit BBQ, or something like that?  so it looks like my next project will be fixing/remodeling the closet ; ill keep you posted on the progrees of my investigations........

Seafood consumption protects against bipolar disorders

US researchers have found evidence to suggest that greater rates of seafood consumption can lower the lifetime prevalence of bipolar I disorder, bipolar II disorder, and bipolar spectrum disorder.

The findings are “consistent with the hypothesis that an insufficient dietary intake of omega-3 essential fatty acids increases the risk of affective disorders,” say Simon Noaghiul (Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York) and Joseph Hubbeln (National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism, Rockville, Maryland).  ~too bad my ex hated seafood.....

quote of the day

“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistance.  Tallent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with tallent.  genius will not; the worl is full of educated derelicts.  persistance and determiniation alone are omnipotent.  the phrase “press-on” has solved and will always solve the problems of the human race.” ~Calvin Coolidge

new christmas loot

well my wife is pretty crafty..........

i got a tablesaw, skill laser saw. mutiple laser levels, a router table, a drill press, and a project center which is pretty great.a a majority of the tools are a new brand from austrailia and sold exclusivly at lowes home center.  the brand is GMC TOOLS http://www.gmcompany.com/# and i must say they are built to take the punishment of every day use.

so my wife is cracking the whip and askingh me how long its going to be before i start on our addition.  plans have been hemmed and hawed about adding a second floor to half of the house and expanding into the back yard 900 sq feet to add a library and game room.  ill let you know what comes about on that.......

We LOOOOVE Olive Oil.

Thanks, B.

That will look a lot better sitting out on the table than the fifth bottle of E&J that I was previously using.

I took a shot pourer and cut out the metal bearings (shot) and poured olive oil into it.  The drunks in our life get quite a shock when they pour themselves a shot of some cheap brandy and end up with loosely lubricated bowels.

Hehe!
